Your statutory rights as an EU consumer, and how to exercise them with us.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is granted by Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Italy, by the Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

  1. Notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires — by email, through the contact form, or using the model withdrawal form. A clear statement is sufficient.
  2. We will send you a return authorisation and the return address by email.
  3. Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and test the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return items with all accessories, cables and packaging where possible.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period of discovering the problem. We will arrange a free return and, at your choice, a repair, replacement or full refund. You do not pay return shipping in these cases.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Separately from the right of withdrawal, consumers in the European Union benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity on goods purchased. If a defect of conformity appears within this period, you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge, or to a proportionate price reduction or contract termination, under the conditions set out in applicable law.

This statutory guarantee applies in addition to — and is not limited by — our commercial 1-year repair warranty and lifetime technical support.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed audio or software recordings that were unsealed after delivery.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with how a complaint has been handled, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
